Dimensions:

Providing Maritime Labels with your package sample or supplier spec sheet is the best place to start. This allows us to generate a shrink template to best fit your packaging.

Distortion Calculation:

Our team renders a 3D model of your packaging and calculates areas of high distortion for print. This allows us to best layout your information and shrink placement to avoid skewed distortion. Prototypes are built around the supplied sample to ensure the best results for features such as security seals, tear aways, and removal zipper perforations.

Design:

Once label shape, distortion, and placements are determined we begin layout and design. Maritime Labels offers in-house design services for simple to ground up branding and package graphics.

Printing Press:

When order details and graphics have been approved your order will be released into the production schedule. As a digital printer, we are not restricted to printing plates meaning we can batch multiple flavours, colours, or produce variable information so no two sleeves are the same.

Converting and Finishing:

Maritime Labels works with you or your fulfillment team to determine the shrink application method. Maritime Labels offers shrink sleeves in individual sheets or on rolls to accommodate any application methods you require.
