Shape your look.
Choose your coverage.

From a body wrap to a sleeve that reaches over the closure, explore how coverage changes the look and function of your package.

Full-body. Full presence.

Carry your design from the body to the closure with uninterrupted colour and graphics. Create more room for your brand story, product details and bilingual information. An integrated neckband adds visible evidence of opening, with a perforation that lets customers release the closure.

Let the shape speak.

Wrap your container’s curves in 360° graphics while leaving the neck and closure exposed. A body sleeve covers contours that conventional labels can struggle to accommodate. Bring branding, product information and bold design together while making your container’s distinctive shape part of the presentation.

Seal the top. Refresh the look.

Combine a tamper-evident neckband with digitally printed labels that adapt to your marketing plans. The band provides visible evidence of opening, while the labels carry your branding and product information. Update designs for seasonal releases, different SKUs and promotional campaigns as your range evolves.

Let’s review your container, closure and application process to choose the right construction. Tamper evidence indicates opening; it does not make a package tamper-proof.

Stand out on the shelf.
Separate after use.

Give your brand full-wrap impact with a sleeve designed for easy removal. An integrated tear strip helps customers separate the printed film from the empty container after use.

01Find the tab.

A clearly marked tab shows where to start. Two vertical perforations guide the tear strip along the sleeve’s side, keeping your main design intact.

02Pull to separate.

Pull the strip down to open the sleeve, then slide off the printed film to leave the undecorated container behind.

03Sort. Return. Recycle.

Place the empty container in its appropriate recycling or deposit-return stream. Sort the removed sleeve according to local guidance.

More than a sleeve. Something to keep.

Turn your removable sleeve into an event ticket, a contest entry or collectible artwork. Keep the redemption code or featured design clear of the tear strip so it stays intact when removed.

Sustainability starts with separation.

Make sorting easier with a removable sleeve and clear instructions. Recycle the film separately where accepted; otherwise, follow local disposal guidance.

Good questions.
Deserve great answers.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum quantities depend on your sleeve dimensions, with orders starting at $450 CAD. Share your container details and quantities per SKU, and we’ll help plan an order that works for your range.

What are your production lead times?

Typical production lead times are 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time is additional. We’ll confirm the schedule for your project when reviewing your order.

What finishes are available?

Choose our standard natural gloss for a bright, vibrant presentation, or a matte finish for a softer, understated look. We’ll help you choose the finish that suits your brand.

Can every sleeve have a different design?

Yes. Variable content can change names, numbers, barcodes and artwork from sleeve to sleeve. Mosaic and Collage can create design variations across a campaign. Share your idea and quantities so we can plan a consistent brand look and check the variable elements before printing.

How do I choose rollstock or sheeted sleeves?

Choose the format that matches your application process. Rollstock feeds automatic sleeving equipment; sheeted sleeves are supplied individually for hand placement. Share your equipment or co-packer’s specifications so we can confirm the fit.

Can I see how the sleeve fits before a full run?

Start with a container sample or dimensioned drawing. We’ll discuss the appropriate artwork template, proofing and fit checks, including shrink distortion, seam placement and barcode positioning.

Why choose shrink sleeves instead of direct-to-can printing?

Shrink sleeves combine full-wrap graphics, protected print and removable decoration. Our reverse-printed graphics sit behind the outer film, which helps protect the artwork from rubbing and scuffing during handling.

Unlike printing directly onto the can, a sleeve with an easy-removal tear strip lets customers separate the printed decoration from the empty container. Digital sleeve printing also gives you room for multiple designs, personalised editions and variable artwork.

The right choice depends on your package, application process and goals. We’ll help you assess the construction and finish for your product.

How is the printed image protected?

Bold graphics. Ink behind the film.

Our sleeves are reverse printed, placing the ink on the inside beneath the outer film. When your lips touch the sleeve’s outer surface, they contact the film—not the printed ink.

The film also helps protect the graphics from rubbing and scuffing during handling. We’ll discuss the sleeve construction and suitability for your product’s intended conditions.

Can the sleeve be removed before recycling?

Yes. We can incorporate a perforated tear strip to help consumers remove the sleeve completely. Pair it with clear instructions to recycle the container and dispose of the sleeve separately according to local requirements.

Are shrink sleeves recyclable?

Recyclability depends on the sleeve material, container and recycling system. Some films are designed for specific recycling processes; others need to be removed and handled separately.

For PET bottles, Bonset’s BONPET RENEW™ C66 is a crystallizable film designed to be reclaimed with PET bottle flake. Other options include films based on Eastman Embrace™ Encore, designed for PET recycling when paired with compatible washable inks. The complete printed package needs to be assessed for the intended recycling process.

For aluminum cans, we recommend an easy-removal tear strip so the sleeve can be separated before the empty can is returned or recycled. Compatibility with PET-bottle recycling does not mean a loose sleeve is accepted in household recycling. Follow local guidance for the removed sleeve and tear strip.

Share your container and recycling goals with us so we can review suitable material options and their availability.

Will sleeves work with refrigeration or pasteurization?

Tell us about filling temperatures, condensation, storage and any pasteurization process. Film choice, ink, seams and shrink conditions must suit the application. We’ll work through the requirements and appropriate trials before production.

What do you need to quote my project?

Send your container dimensions, quantity per design, preferred format and target date. Include applicator or co-packer specifications, artwork if available, and any variable-content or perforation requirements.

Are sleeves supplied already on my containers?

Our printed sleeves are supplied as rollstock or individual sheets. Let us know who will apply them so we can coordinate the sleeve specifications with your team or co-packer.
